The Brooklyn College Health Clinic was founded as a result of a grassroots effort to create accessible and affordable health care for students. When the Clinic first opened its doors in December 1994, it was comprised of a staff of four individuals. It has since grown to twice that size, and includes three of its original members. Since its inception, the breadth of services has also expanded to offer colposcopic evaluations.
