Patient Eligibility & Costs The Health Clinic is funded primarily through the student activity fee (SAF) of $10 per student per semester, an amount that has remained constant since the clinic opened in 1994. Enrolled Brooklyn College undergraduate and graduate students are entitled to free, unlimited visits to the Health Clinic. There are modest fees for prescription medication, some immunizations, and off-site laboratory tests. (See cost schedule.) Students who are enrolled in programs at the City University of New York Graduate Center but based at Brooklyn College may utilize Health Clinic services by making a contribution of $35 per semester through the Central Depository office at the Student Center. Non-students may receive an annual flu vaccination at the Health Clinic for a small fee.
