To be cultural and to create a media of conscious world, creative expression and communication; to allow personal and individual film projects open to review and criticism by peer members; to channel varied ideas, interests and beliefs related to the film industry which will include guest filmmakers for open discussion; and to open the possibility for group filmmakers to express their ideas in actual group productions.
